Yes. Although small boats are anchored in front of us, the water is remarkably clean. Boats, which are anchored here, have stayed here for the past twenty years or more and are very considerate of the environment. They also have rooms rented at the guesthouse next to us throughout the year and thus use the facilities at the guesthouse rather than the boat and the sea. Locals who know this often swim and relax just in front of the shore of Black Pearl.

The nearest beach is only a two-minute walk away, although that is only a small concrete beach. The nearest bay Jazina is a five- to ten-minute walk away.

Garden Tisno is 2 km away, about a half-hour walk.

Slanica is a nice sandy beach, however during high season it tends to be extremely crowded. Podvrške is a beach with a sandy sea floor, with a fraction of the crowd you would meet at Slanica bay. Both beaches are suitable for kids. Podvrške has one part to the side where dogs are welcome. Jazine is the closest bay to Black Pearl. Andrija at Jezera is considered the most beautiful beach by the locals. We also have some secret tips, which we share with our guests upon arrival.

Outside the festival period, breakfast is served from 8:00 until 10:00. During the festival, breakfast is served from 11:30 AM until 13:30 PM.

Please let us know if you are vegetarian or vegan. We do have vegetarian options and in case you will inform us, that you are vegan before your stay, we will be more than happy to provide you with a vegan breakfast.

Check in is from 2pm and check out is by 10am.

The nearest grocery store is a 10 minute walk away towards the center of Tisno along the seashore. The nearest hypermarket is a five-minute drive on the island of Murter.

If it is a rather small amount, then at the Café Silver exchange offic due to a fair exchange rate and no commission. If you need money for your entire holiday it might pay of to exchange in a bank.

We recommend only ATMs where you can see the name of the bank at the machine. All others are a tourist trap that will rip you off in two ways – by a crazy exchange rate and a huge fee for withdrawal.

Yes, against a 20 euro deposit. Ask our staff for a beach towel anytime.

Yes, we are very pet friendly. However, your pet needs to be friendly to other pets and guests and you are fully responsible for your pet and the damage it may cause.

Yes. We provide a hotel transfer to the Airport with a complimentary drink and a wellness towel.

The nearest airport is Zadar Airport. Split airport is only a little further. Ryanair is flying to Zadar Airoports for very good rates starting from as little as 8 euros for a one way trip to Zadar from several capital cities in the EU.
